Welcome to Anxin Bag. This website is owned and operated by Shenzhen Anxinrong Trading Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Anxin Bag”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and the services offered, including the custom bag manufacturing services.
By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Our Content: All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and the arrangement thereof, is the property of Anxin Bag and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
Third-Party Content & Copyright Infringement: We may display images and designs on our website that are sourced from the internet or provided by previous clients. These images are used for illustrative and display purposes only to showcase our manufacturing capabilities. We do not claim ownership of these designs.
If you believe that any content on our website infringes upon your copyright, please contact us immediately at sales@anxinbag.com with the following information:

3. Customization Services & Business Process
Our services are provided based on the following four-step process. By placing an order with us, you agree to this process.
Step 1: Consultation & Quotation
We will discuss your vision and requirements. Quotations are provided based on the information you supply (e.g., materials, dimensions, logo, quantity). All quotations are valid for a specified period, typically 30 days, unless otherwise stated.
Step 2: Sampling & Confirmation
A pre-production sample will be created based on your exact specifications. It is your responsibility to review and approve this sample. Mass production will only commence after we receive your explicit approval of the sample. The approved sample serves as the quality standard for the final production run. Any changes requested after sample approval may result in additional costs and production delays.
Step 3: Manufacturing & Production
We will manufacture your order in strict accordance with the approved sample and established quality standards. You acknowledge that minor variations in color, material texture, or dimensions may occur due to the nature of raw materials and the manufacturing process.
Step 4: Packaging & Shipment
All products undergo a final quality inspection before being securely packaged. We will manage the shipment to your specified address. Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. You, the client, are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees in the destination country. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon our delivery of the goods to the shipping carrier.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your quotation. Typically, we require a deposit (e.g., 50% of the total order value) before commencing sample production or mass production. The remaining balance is due before the shipment of the final order. Production and shipment will not proceed until payments are received and cleared.
5. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, our policy is as follows:
- Cancellation: An order may be cancelled before mass production begins. However, you may be liable for the costs of any work already completed, including sampling fees and material sourcing costs. Once mass production has started based on your sample approval, the order cannot be cancelled.
- Returns & Refunds: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom-made products that conform to the approved sample. If you receive products that have a significant manufacturing defect or deviate substantially from the approved sample, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt with clear photographic evidence. Our sole obligation will be to, at our discretion, either replace the defective products or offer a credit for a future order.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shenzhen Anxinrong Trading Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities) arising from the use or inability to use our services or products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms and Conditions or your purchase of products shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order in question.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will indicate the latest revision. Your continued use of the website and our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
