4. Shipment: We perform a final quality check, pack your order carefully, and ship it to your address.

We offer two flexible options:

• For stock styles with your logo: The MOQ is 100 pieces.
• For a fully custom bag made from scratch: The MOQ is 500 pieces.

This allows us to support both small and large projects.

To get a price quickly and accurately, please tell us a few details about your design:

• The quantity you need
• The size of the bag
• The color of the fabric
• A picture of your logo or design

Our production time is divided into two parts:

• Sample Production: It takes about 5-7 working days to create your custom sample.
• Mass Production: After you approve the sample, it usually takes 15-25 working days to produce your full order.

This timeline can adjust based on the complexity of your design and the order size. We will provide a more precise timeline in our quote.

You have complete control over the design. Almost everything can be customized, including:

• Size: Set the height and width as you need.
• Fabric Color: Choose from a wide range of available colors.
• Drawstring: Select the material, thickness, and color of the closing rope.
• Logo Printing: We offer different methods like screen printing, embroidery, or heat transfer to best suit your design.

For the best printing results, please send us your logo as a vector file. Preferred files are: .AI (Adobe Illustrator), .EPS, or .PDF.

Don’t have these? No problem! Just send us the highest quality .JPG or .PNG file you have. Our team will help get it ready for printing.

Yes, absolutely! We believe it’s vital for you to see and feel a physical sample before committing to a full order. We will create a pre-production sample based on your exact design for your approval. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

All our payments use Alibaba Trade Assurance to protect your funds. Your payment is held by Alibaba and is only released to us after you confirm you are satisfied with your order.

Our payment process is simple:

• A deposit is paid to start production.
• The balance is paid before we ship.

You can easily pay with a credit card or bank transfer (T/T) through the secure Alibaba platform.

You can specify the shipping method you like. If you don’t specify, we normally arrange it based on the order size:

• For samples and small orders: We will ship by couriers, such as DHL, UPS, and FedEx.
• For medium orders: We will ship by air.
• For large orders: We will ship by sea.

Our company and factory are located in Shenzhen, China. All orders are produced by our team here and shipped directly from Shenzhen to your doorstep.
