Our payment process is simple:
- 30% deposit to start production.
- 70% balance before we ship your order.
You can pay easily with a credit card or bank transfer (T/T) through the secure Alibaba platform.
Our production time is divided into two parts:
- Sample Making: It takes about 5-7 business days to create your custom sample.
- Mass Production: After you approve the sample, it usually takes 15-25 business days to produce your full order.
This timeline can change depending on how complex your design is and how large your order is. We will give you a more exact schedule with your price quote.

- Consultation & Quote: You send us your ideas, design, or a sample. We talk with you to understand your needs and give you a detailed price quote.
- Sample & Approval: We make a pre-production sample for you. We only start mass production after you say the sample is perfect.
- Production: We make your bags, following the approved sample exactly to ensure great quality.
- Shipping: We check the quality one last time, pack your order carefully, and ship it to your address.
